How we will run a safe event?

At the event there will be both indoor and outdoor exhibitors, and as such we will adhere to current Covid-19 secure guidelines to protect exhibitors and visitors. 

If you are feeling unwell please do not attend the Fair.

This is an in Advance Only ticketed event via eventbrite https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/128126001319.  You will receive a QR code once booked and this will allow you access to the fair.  It also allows us to offer track and trace.  In addition we will also have an event QR code which you can scan if you have the NHS Track and Trace App.  You can find more information at NHS COVID-19 app.

Tickets must be booked in hourly arrival times but you can stay as long as you like.

There will be plenty of parking to ensure maximum safety and convenience, a lot of space between exhibitors allowing for plenty of safe space to display stock. There will be hand sanitiser stations located throughout the event and staff will be on-hand to encourage social distancing.

Exhibitors are being encouraged to take card payments where possible.

Please talk directly with Exhibitors about the handling of stock and ideally only touch goods you intend to buy or have pre sanitised hands at the stand.

All staff will be PPE equipped.

Please pay attention to our signage and use the hand sanitiser stations throughout the Fair to help us keep everyone safe.

You will need to wear a mask inside the hall or if you walk under the gazebos.
